1. Print area. Range address of the worksheet area that will be printed.
2. Print title rows. Fixed rows that will be shown in each printed page.
3. Print title columns. Fixed columns that will be shown in each printed page.
4. Print. Shows the Printer Settings dialog box for the corresponding worksheet.
5. Print preview. Shows the Print Preview dialog box for the corresponding worksheet, displaying options to print using the current printer settings and zoom to modify the preview extents.
6. Gridlines. Print worksheet gridlines.
7. Black and white. Print corresponding worksheet in black and white.
8. Row and column headers. Print corresponding worksheet row and column headers.
9. Comments. Print cell comments as displayed, at end of worksheet or none.
10. Down then over. Print pages in columns from top to bottom and then left to right.
11. Over then down. Print pages in rows from left to right and then top to bottom.
