1. Select Insert > Form Control > Scroll Bar from the Spreadsheet Editor menu.
2. Double click in the scroll bar or select View > Shape Explorer.
3. In the Cell Link text box, type the cell address where the scroll value will be displayed
4. Set the scroll minimum and maximum values.
5. Set the scroll small and large change increment values.
Notes:
· When the scroll button is dragged, the linked cell value will change accordingly.
· Scroll bar controls will be saved only if you save the workbook file in 97-2003 Excel© format (*.xls)
· To select a scroll bar control, position the pointer over it and press the right mouse button.
