1. Click and hold the left mouse button on a cell and drag trough the range you want to format values.
2. Select View > Range Explorer from the Spreadsheet Editor menu
3. Select the Number Format node in the Range Explorer.
4. Select a format category from the list and the format to be applied from the list of formats available for the category selected.
5. If you want to define a new format, type the format definition in the text box bellow the format list box and press ENTER.
Notes:
· You can select a pre-built format and then edit the format definition to create new format definitions based on existing ones. You must press ENTER to add the format definition to the list of available formats.
· When a format definition is selected, you can preview the format applied to the current selected range cells.
